World’s Number 1 Show Jumper Scott Brash Visits Emerald International Equestrian Centre in Co Kildare

 

The number one ranked Show Jumping rider in the world, Scott Brash, paid a visit to Emerald International Equestrian Centre in Co Kildare today, (Thursday 23rd October) to school some of his top horses and the Olympic Gold Medallist was said to be incredibly impressed by the facilities on offer at the newly opened venue.
“This is a world class facility with some of the best arena surfaces I have seen anywhere in the world” commented the 28 year-old Scottish rider afterwards.
Scott Brash was a key member of the British team that won the Show Jumping gold medal at the London Olympics in 2012, while in 2013 he was crowned Global Champions Tour overall champion following his victory in the LGCT final in Doha.
Emerald International is gearing up for the forthcoming November Irish Masters Show which runs from November 14th – 16th 2014 and features top class show jumping competitions with a massive prize-fund of €55,000, along with a host of Masterclasses from top Show Jumping and Eventing riders, while it was confirmed last week that Emerald will hold three International shows in 2015.
