HORSE Sport Ireland (HSI) is delighted to announce details for the HSI National Coaching and Breeding Conference 2014.

This year, the conference will focus on producing horses for profit and performance and will feature internationally renowned equestrian professionals such as international show jumping legend Michel Robert and lead practitioner for human science and sports medicine at the British Equestrian Federation (BEF) Andy Thomas.

The conference will also feature explanations and demonstrations on conformation analysis of the performance horse by former KWPN inspector Jacques Verkerk as well as Dr Emmeline Hill of University College Dublin (UCD) who will discuss equine exercise genomics.

This conference is a must attend for all equine professionals, riders, breeders, coaches, competitors, instructors, equine students and anyone with an interest in horses.

The conference will address breeding, training, management and preparation of competition horses and riders for optimum performance. It will also feature Irish show jumping riders Capt. Michael Kelly and Greg Broderick.

Tickets: €50 per adult / €45 per student/child (includes lunch)
